Temporary hours: Thursday - Sunday 11 - 6, Monday and Wednesday 11 - 4:30, Closed Tuesday
Until further notice, we will be operating at a limited capacity of 8 guests at a time to keep the building occupancy at no more than 10 people (including crew.) We highly recommend booking online, especially if you have a large group. We will accept walk-ins as space allows but guests may be asked to wait in their cars, social distance outside, and to not crowd the front or back foyers.
We kindly ask that all guests wear a mask and please bring your own. We will have a limited number of re-useable cloth masks available for purchase for those who forget theirs. We appreciate a donation of 50 cents if you prefer to use one of our blue medical masks because, to be honest, they are difficult to find and prices are very inflated. This is in accordance with Metro Nashville recommendations. Guests under 2 years old and with medical conditions that make them unable to safely wear a mask will not be required to do so.
We ask everyone to use hand sanitizer or wash hands upon entry and exit of Mewsic Kitty.
Please request a wand toy to play with kitties from our friendly crew. We’ll keep them behind the bar so we are able to sanitize them between uses.
We will not have self-service coffee at this time and our water cooler will be out of service. We will have cold drinks available for purchase and our usual line up of pastries from Bongo Bakery, moonpies, and chips.
We ask that guests use credit card or Apple Pay when possible to reduce exchange of cash.
Please stay home if you are not feeling well. We are happy to reschedule or refund your visit due to illness.
Additional measures we are taking for the safety of all:
Employees will have temperature checks and health screenings before starting each shift and will be wearing masks.
High touch areas such as tablets will be sanitized between parties and tables and restrooms will be regularly cleaned. Self-play cat toys (mice, crunchy balls, etc) will be regularly disinfected.
Thank you very much for your love, patience, encouragement, and understanding during this time. We look forward to petting (and adopting) cats with you very soon!
